Are you not happy with your repairs?

We provide free post repair inspections. May times to do a complete post repair inspection some parts may need to be removed. This is not included in the free post repair review. However, If you took your vehicle to a repair facility on the insurance company's "Preferred List" this may be covered under the insurance company's contract with the repair facility that repaired your vehicle. We can assist you in correcting the repairs with the responsible insurance company. Repair facilities that sign contractural agreements with insurance companies to be on their "Preferred List" are normally responsible for warranty issues or complaints under their contract with the insurer. It is always best to give the responsible repair facility a second chance to correct the issues. Normally the responsible insurance company will require the customer to take the vehicle back to the original repair facility to give them a chance to correct any issue you may have. If you have done so and you are still not happy with the repairs you have options. We can assist you with the insurance company and assess the repairs and make the needed corrections. We have done this on many occasions for customers that were steered to lower quality repair facilities by the insurance company. If you did not go to a repair facility from an insurance "Preferred List" then the insurance company may not be willing to assist in the correction repairs. Either way we can try and help correct your isssues but you may be financially responsible for the corrective repairs.
