Got in a minor accident with my vehicle and I did not want to take it just anywhere. I went and shopped for body shops to see who is going to do this the correct way and the best work. After a few different commercial places, I decided to stop in at Berli’s and was happy to see that they had a very upscale clientele and that they would take care of my vehicle the same way.
Orlando took us through the shop and explained what was going to happen in detail. It was this, that made me happy to see that my car was going to be in good hands.
The car was promptly finished and it came out looking factory new and detailed. I was so happy that it was easy to take care of through my part and letting them deal with the insurance. Though they are not affiliated with any insurance company, they were able to assist in handling every part of the claim through the other party’s insurance provider. There was a minor out of pocket payment for the extra service, I was happy to pay knowing it would be done correctly.
